Refund & Return Policy

At Zekza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy with free returns.

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.

Free Returns

Returns are free. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@zekza.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with your prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off using the provided label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or email us and we'll help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@zekza.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as intimate apparel and clearly marked final-sale items) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

To cancel or change an order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it can be returned under this policy.
