Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, estimated delivery takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. Your total estimated time is processing (1–3 business days) plus delivery (5–12 business days).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Any active free-shipping promotions are applied automatically.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally delivery may be delayed by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@zekza.com and we'll help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always do our best to assist.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't locate it, or if it appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate and make it right.
