How long does delivery take?

When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Zekza ships exclusively within the United States.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Why was my payment declined?

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Returns are free — see our Refund & Return Policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Qualifying items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery when returned in unused condition with their original packaging and accessories.
How do I start a return?
Please email support@zekza.com with your order number and reason for the return, and our team will guide you through the process.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. Zekza offers free 30-day returns, so there is no restocking fee on eligible returns.
Order Issues
My package says delivered, but I haven't received it.
Please check around your property, with neighbors, and with the shipping carrier. If your package is still missing after 24–48 hours, contact the carrier and then email support@zekza.com for assistance.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Carrier delays can occur due to weather or increased shipping volume. Continue monitoring your tracking information for the latest updates, and reach out to support@zekza.com if you need help.
I received the wrong item or something is missing.
Email support@zekza.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work quickly to resolve it.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or differences in screen settings.
Why does my item look slightly different than expected?
Minor manufacturing variations can occur between production batches and are considered normal.
